2008 - The awareness year
As a part of CREDIT EUROPE GROUP N.V. (Holland), together with reputable
Romanian entities like Credit Europe Bank or Credit Europe Leasing,
Credit Europe Asigurari aims to become a quality benchmark for the
local non-life insurance market in 2008 - according to Radu MANOLIU,
Deputy General Manager of the company.
Wanting to achieve this goal, company's representatives have assumed,
since the establishment moment, a customer-oriented attitude, striving
to always provide tailor-made offers, from both covered risks and involved
costs points of view, and best possible services, either assistance
or claims related. In order to transpose into practice this philosophy,
company's representatives have adopted the latest international business
management trends and have implemented the most complex Romanian specialized
software application for operational procedures' smoothing. Consequent
to the principles on the basis of which it started to operate in the
summer of 2007, the company will continue to launch, during the current
year, innovative packages of insurance-linked services (like the premiere
home assistance ones - after successfully implementing the most complex
package of road assistance services in 2007) and will extend its already
existing distinctive range of products (including pioneer telemarketing
focused ones) and services (including 24 hours claims' assistance)
to their maximum possible levels.
As regards market's positioning, company's representatives want for
their entity to be perceived as a real underwriter - always quoting
according to the risk profile (even for corporate customers, in case
of Motor Hull), not applying a rule to all the cases related to a business
line (as it is customary in the market, following trends like the new
Motor Hull's compulsory deductible one) and being more than flexible
on big accounts (especially in case of non-Motor lines). In terms of
turnover, company's goal is to be among the first 15 players of the
market up to the end of this year - a necessary step for the net objective,
of becoming a Top 10 player in 2009.
