ASIGEST, a 40% increase in Q1/2008
ASIGEST Broker de Asigurare has reported a 41% increase of
income in the first three months of the 2008, in comparison to the same
period of the last year.
According to Antonio SOUVANNASOUCK, Managing Partner, ASIGEST,
the improved results are the effect of the company's concentration
on the retail segment, beside the territorial expansion of the insurance
broker.
"We estimate a 41% rose in the first quarter compared to previous
year, basically thanks to development of the retail business
and efficient activity across the country",

ASIGEST has mediated gross written premiums of EUR 7.11 million
in 2007 and totalized a premium income of EUR 1.40 million, according to
Insurance Profile.
