ASIROM establishes a new Claims Call Center
A Call Center Service was founded by ASIROM aiming to accomplish the
connection between the company and the clients that were involved
in car accidents and need information in order to solve their claims,
ASIROM VIENNA Insurance Group announced.
The information that is provided through the call center service are
related to: the main units where the client can go for the claims file,
that agreed the claims payment, the establishment of the main steps
from the accident until the inspection, the necessary papers, the branches
address, the schedule, the contact persons from the branches.
Also, the Call Center Service provides information about the main national
units of service, where they can make the repairs, the ASIROM correspondents
from abroad for CASCO and Green Card and ASIROM claims representatives
from abroad.
Another advantage is that in 30 minutes from the clients' application
an ASIROM operator informs the client about the solution.
For now the service is available only for the Bucharest and Ilfov clients
but it would expand the coverage area in the whole country, according
to the press statement.
