ASIROM has a capitalization of RON 185.92 million
The Romanian insurance company ASIROM will increase its share capital
to RON 185.92 million. The decision was taken within the General
Meeting of Shareholders at the end of February this year.
"ASIROM crossed over a difficult period, involving a reorganization
process, according to the organizational system of VIENNA Insurance
Group. At the same time, the company maintained its market share as
part of that moment strategy. We have to pass through this period of
development and reorganization with adequate capitalization level.
Also, we managed to make up for the losses during the past period and
not for uncovering with the solvency limits", Boris SCHNEIDER,
General Manager of ASIROM had stated.
The capitalization operation will be done by bonding 929 million nominative
shares.
"ASIROM has to be strong again. The capital increase also represents
a sign for our employees - that we appreciate them and we are
an outstanding company, part of a strong group - and also for our
clients", mentioned the official.
Currently, the major shareholder of ASIRON is VIENNA Insurance Group,
with 98.5% shares (direct and indirect acquisitions).
