ASITRANS becomes EUROINS Romania
Starting June the company currently known as ASITRANS-EUROINS will officially
use its new name, EUROINS Romania.
The rebranding comes almost a year after the Bulgarian group EUROHOLD started
the taking-over procedure for Romanian insurance company ASITRANS.
During
all this time the company used the name ASITRANS-EUROINS for the public
to acknowledge the new name and also for granting the notoriety transfer
from ASITRANS to EUROINS.
"Our sales team has told the clients the story of our new shareholder
and our development plans during all this year. For the next period, the
strategy
of EUROINS will primarily focus on direct discussion with our existing
clients, so that the massage we are sending to be correct and complete",
Bogdan STAN, CEO EUROINS Romania has stated.
The companies' growth in 2008 will be sustained through a series
of tools among which strategic partnerships with the insurance brokers,
set up through the "Win-Win-Win" program launched by ASITRANS-EUROINS,
the opening of the 50 units in franchise system and also the agricultural
insurance development.
