Dan ADAMESCU: ASTRA is not for sale!
 "ASTRA Asigurari is not for sale", said, exclusively for XPRIMM.TV, the businessman Dan ADAMESCU, the majority shareholder of the company, during the visit of the handball team OLTCHIM Ramnicu Valcea at the headquarters of ASTRA Asigurari.
Regarding the first place that ASTRA Asigurari occupies in the top of insurers after the first three months of this year, Dan ADAMESCU hopes to maintain this position until the end of 2010: "ASTRA Asigurari does its best to be at the same high level as OLTCHIM. We hope that, at the end of the year, we will still be on the first place".
Commenting on the possibility of a sale of the insurance company, ADAMESCU clearly answered: "Out of the question! ASTRA is not for sale, it is a national company. It is not for sale!"
"The partnership between OLTCHIM Ramnicu Valcea and ASTRA Asigurari is a traditional one. We are two teams with deep roots in Oltenia, in Valcea.
We have been standing by OLTCHIM handball team for several years and we will continue to support them. It is a pride to be by their side and we are glad they managed to reach this level", added ADAMESCU.
