ISC authorized Radu FRINCU as President of the Board of the EXIMBANK's insurance company
 The appointment of Radu FRINCU as President of the Board of CARE - The Insurance-Reinsurance Company EXIM, owned by EXIMBANK, was authorized yesterday, May, 19, by the Insurance Supervisory Commission.
Radu FRINCU had, until the beginning of this year, the position of General Manager of CERTASIG, which he had occupied since 2006. We mention that, from this position, Radu FRINCU was awarded the distinction "Successful Leaders", with the occasion of the 2010 Edition of the Insurance Market Awards Gala, granted by PRIMM Insurance&Pensions Magazine.
CARE was founded by EXIMBANK in 2009, following the recommendations of the European Commission, that forbid the support by the state of short-term export credit insurance against market risks. The company, which will become operational later this year, will act on the commercial credits insurance and reinsurance segment, having EULER HERMES and COFACE as competitors.
