Insurance Solutions for Real Estates and Construction Developments from C&A and KINGSPAN
 Romanian CAPITAL & ALLIANCE (C&A) Insurance Broker and KINGSPAN, member of global leader in design and manufacture of high quality Firesafe Insulated Roof & Wall Systems for the construction industry, KINGSPAN Group, started working together in September to create a better insurance product for real estate/construction industry.
Thus, the two companies can together provide tailored wordings specifically written for Romanian Law and also special prices (at least 10% discount for any property/construction insurance policy made through CAPITAL & ALLIANCE).
The partnership will also suppose professional assistance in case of damage as well as wider and improved cover than the currently used standard wordings.
Starting with a Construction All Risks (CAR) product, continuing with Property insurance for existing properties, all the insurance products offered under this deal take into consideration the benefits of KINGSPAN's products in terms of fire extinguish and fire protection.
Firesafe KINGSPAN panels (IPN) are preferred by investors, insurers, builders and designers because of performance that reduce risks in case of fire. These materials have been tested and approved in the European countries to conform with the standards in the construction fields and, furthermore, are approved by the insurers LPCB (Loss Prevention Council Board) in the UK and Global FM (Factory Mutual Global), recently receiving FM APROVAL certification.
FM systems are widely recognized by investors, property insurers, designers and constructors for their superior fire engineered performance thus reducing fire risks.
CAPITAL & ALLIANCE posted a business increase of 10% in the first quarter of 2008, the volume of mediated premiums rising up to EUR 800 thousand. The company's General Director, Cristian ANGHEL, estimated a considerable increase for the third quarter of the year, based on a new IT platform and the issuance of policies on-line, which would be an advantage against competitors.
