Is CARPATICA Asig for sale?
The CARPATICA Asig shareholders have received various acquisition offers from some foreign investors, but they haven't reached a decision yet in respect of selling the company.
"We are opened to offers and, if necessary, to negotiation", Mr. Ilie CARABULEA, President of CARPATICA Financial Group, has declared for XPRIMM Publications.
The insurer headquartered in Sibiu has a strategy which is setting its sights on two directions: the consolidation and the development.
"We have high flying plans: territorial extension, increasing market share, breeding the customers' portfolio. All of these need an investment effort which we are aware that we have to make", the official has stated.
Contextually, the CARPATICA Asig shareholders have increased the share capital in the first quarter of this year to RON 20.8 million.
The company posted underwriting of about EUR 6.15 million in the first three months of the 2008 financial year.
