Leasing companies recommend to insurers diversification of products and faster payment of claims
 For a more efficient development of the Moldavian insurance market, "profile companies should reduce the time of claims payment and should have a greater diversification of the offer of products", pointed out Cornelia COZLOVSCHI, General Manager, RAIFFEISEN Leasing Moldova.
Also, the quality of services and compliance to business ethics are, in the opinion of the General Manager of RAIFFEISEN Leasing Moldova, the main issues that should be improved in the collaboration between leasing and insurance companies.
Also, Cornelia COZLOVSCHI appreciates the collaboration with insurance companies and finds it mutually beneficial, based on the complete range of insurance products and services.
Finally, the main priority for both types of companies (leasing and insurance) is customer satisfaction, which involves finding the optimal solutions of combining the offered services.
