Settlements & Accounting Officer Responsibilities: - Bank statements booking; - Accounting system - references update; - Premium settlement (working with Insurance systems SymAss; MedNext and Accounting system SunSystem); - Petty cash and technical payments management (Agents; Premium Refund); - Agent Contracts Management (collection of all documents necessary for CSA registration; Registration/deletion from CSA electronic web based application; issuing of agents cards); - Agents update into insurance system and accounting system; - Backup for Sales Support daily activities (Daily Reports). Requirements: - University degree (Economics, Finance, Accounting); - Minimum 1 year experience in insurance industry; - Microsoft Office - Excel, Word; Access; - Good command of English.
