Sef Serviciu Daune Non Auto

Responsabilitati:
- Planifica, organizeaza, coordoneaza si raspunde pentru activitatea de instrumentare a dosarelor de daune non auto;
- Coordoneaza si motiveaza personalul din subordine.

Cerinte:
- Experienta in daune bunuri de minim 3 ani;
- Experienta pe un post de coordonare de minim 1 an;
- Absolvent de facultate, preferabil profil tehnic;
- Cunostinte limba engleza nivel avansat;
- Cunostinte operare (Microsoft Office) - nivel avansat;
- Gandire strategica;
- Initiativa;
- Abilitati de negociere.

Financial Controller

Responsibilities:
- Development, analysis and interpretation of statistical and accounting information allowing to appraise the operating results of the Company in terms of profitability, performance against budget and other matters bearing on the financial soundness and operating effectiveness of the Company;
- Working out of monthly controlling reports (analysis of income, costs and financial results);
- Producing of monthly and quarterly costs reports (costs analysis);
- Working out of monthly claims reports;
- Working out of reports based on the requirements of the insurance specific legislation / of the Insurance Supervisory Commission;
- Supporting the Management in the decision making process;
- Producing of annual financial plans based on information collected from the other departments;
- Setting up presentations for the Management Board and the Supervisory Board;
- Cooperation with the Controllers of the parent company.

Requirements:
- University degree (Economics);
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience;
- Microsoft Office, working with data bases, various application programs such as Cognos and Crystal reports would be a plus;
- Very good English;
- Knowledge and understanding of the principles and application of the business, control processes and procedures;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Capabilities to work independently, assume responsibilities;
- Good sense of initiative, being proactive;
- Attention to details, precision and accuracy;
- High sense of confidentiality;
- Ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as with third parties.

Responsabilitati principale:
- Administrarea unui portofoliu de clienti;
- Atragerea de noi clienti si extinderea portofoliului pentru clientii existenti;
- Efectuarea de inspectii de risc non-auto;
- Consultanta in lichidarea daunelor non-auto.

Cerinte:
- Studii superioare;
- Experienta in domeniul asigurarilor non-auto pentru clienti corporate - min. 3 ani;
- Experienta in efectuarea de inspectii de risc non-auto;
- Abilitati de vanzare;
- Engleza - nivel avansat;
- Operare PC - avansat;
- Abilitati de comunicare si relationare;
- Permis de conducere categoria B;
- Disponibilitatea de a calatori.
