The Insurance and Reinsurance Company EXIM Romania has been authorized by ISC
 The Insurance and Reinsurance Company EXIM Romania (CARE), whose majority shareholder is EXIMBANK - the Export-Import Bank of Romania, has received from the Insurance Supervisory Commission the functioning authorization for credit and guarantees insurance classes, obtaining the number R.A. 067/10.08.2010 in the Register of Insurers.
"Starting now, we are fulfilling the requirements of the legislative framework to activate on the insurance market, for the authorized classes. Also, we were concerned with the functional aspect of the company, so, at this point, we are fully operational. In the first stage of development, the company will offer products covering financial risks and will seek a good positioning on this market", said Radu FRINCU, President of the Insurance and Reinsurance company EXIM Romania.
CARE was founded by EXIMBANK in 2009, out of the necessity of the existance of a professional entity specialized in insuring financial risks, both for export and for internal commercial operations.
So, the company will activate on the segment of commercial credit insurance and reinsurance, having EULER HERMES and COFACE as competitors.
