 Tudor MOLDOVAN has accepted a new professional challenge from GENERAL PPF Holding, while Marie KOVAROVA has been nominated to take over the position of CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors at Romanian GENERALI Asigurari. Tudor MOLDOVAN, the insurers' presently CEO and Chairman of the Board, has accepted the offer received from GENERALI PPF Holding - that of being directly involved in all business projects in the Central and Eastern Europe region.
The majority shareholder of GENERALI Asigurari has nominated Marie KOVAROVA as the new CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors after successfully completion of the necessary administrative procedures.
The future CEO is from Czech Republic and comes to GENERALI after many years of successful executive experience among CESKA Pojistovna, the biggest insurance company owned by GENERALI PPF Holding. Before that she worked for MCKINSEY & COMPANY, a very well-known consultancy in strategic management company, within which she led many important projects.
 In his new position, Tudor MOLDOVAN will participate in business development projects in the CEE region, an activity of major importance, both for GENERALI PPF Holding, as well as for GENERALI Group.
