The Ministry of Administration and Interior supports ICAR 2009
This year's edition of ICAR - International Catastrophic Risks Forum is organized in partnership by the Ministry of Administration and Interior (MAI) and Media XPRIMM.
Thus, Mihai Viorel FIFOR, Secretary of State in MAI, has accepted the invitation to open the Forum, which will take place on October 12, at the Parliament Palace.
ICAR is the main event in Europe that deals with the catastrophic risks theme. Its objectives - promoting the concept of insurance and motivating the broad public in the sense of rising awareness regarding the catastrophic risks to which it is exposed to - have brought for the event the support of important public authorities from the structure of the Romanian Government.
The Sixth Edition of the event will focus both on ways to boost voluntary household insurance and on aspects regarding the implementation of mandatory household insurance.
